Graphicshopper.com web advertising site may only be used by users that have read andaccepted these Terms of Business. Hereafter the term “ User “ shall refer to any person viewing or placing a advertisement on graphicshopper.com. A User of this site by their action to place an advertisement will be deemed to constitute an acceptance of the Terms of Business and agree to be bound by them in their entirety, or to the extent that the laws of the county of Davidson, in the State of Tennessee, USA allow . Any dispute, interpretation, collection of payment, or claim arising between graphicshopper.com and any User shall be heard in the jurisdiction of Davidson county, Nashville, TN. USA. User of this site also agrees to pay any reasonable court cost and attorney fees incurred by Graphicshopper.com to collect or enforce the terms herein. This agreement shall be enforced by the laws of the State of Tennessee. G raphicshopper.com may at any time alter these Terms by posting changes to terms on the site. Graphicshopper.com makes no representation as to the existence, availability, age, condition, ownership, merchantability, location, safety or fitness for any purpose of equipment offered for sale on Graphicshopper.com web site. Graphicshopper.com makes no representation as to and will NOT be responsible for any loss arising from the lack of competence, integrity, solvency, or qualification of any person or company offering or buying goods or services through Graphicshopper.com web site. Graphicshopper.com may, at its discretion, change or refuse to accept or display any information or advertisement submitted to it, and may remove or amend such information or advertisement once displayed. Graphicshopper.com may, at its absolute discretion, discontinue or prevent access to the site by any User. In such event the maximum liability of Graphicshopper.com will be the refunding of any payment received by it for the access, information or advertisement so refused, amended or removed.

The material entered or displayed on Graphicshopper.com web site is copyrighted and may not be copied or reproduced without the express permission of Graphicshopper.com. NO information may be used to assist any individual, publication, web-site or other venture.

Terms of Payment

Advertising costs will be maintained during a fixed term contracts; advertising rates on rolling (non-fixed term) contracts may be changed subject to one month's notice.

Advertisers on fixed term contracts will be charged for the number of entries for which they have contracted regardless of the number actually listed by the advertiser.

Payment will normally be required at the time an advertisement is placed ( MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Pay Pal ). If Graphicshopper.com agrees to credit terms payment must be made in within 10 days of the issue of the invoice. If payment is delayed Graphicshopper.com reserves the right to remove all advertisements from the site.

NO Refunds will be given at any time.

User Responsibility

All Users warrant to Graphicshopper.com, that all the information they provide, including details of their identity, assets and status, location, and in reference to any equipment or services they offer will be complete and accurate. All Users offering goods for sale warrant that they possess unencumbered title to the goods or that they have the irrevocable permission of such owners to offer them for sale on Graphicshopper.com.

All Users are stating they have read, accepted and understand that it is their obligation to satisfy themselves by a process of due diligence to the terms of business herein. They acknowledge and accept that Graphicshopper.com will not be responsible for any loss arising from their failure to do so.
